Hi guys,
I am asking this question on behalf a friend of mine. He was got married last year while on a green card and applied for his wife to migrate to the U.S. While she was waiting for her application to be processed, she gave birth to their baby girl and he got his citizenship this last July. It was already to late for him to add her to his wife application since her I-130 has been approved and DS-260 was started. He contacted USCIS and they told him they can apply for a visitor visa and once she comes with her mom, she can be added her to the application.
I am wondering if you guys have any ideas on what is the correct process for the little girl to come with her mom without any delays??
