Adding my baby( 3years old) who is in India

My Name is Kiran. Right now my baby is in India(Born in India) got H4 stamped. She is 3years old now. Me and My wife already applied for Adjustment of status and got EADs,Paroles, Finger Prints.

My Question is Can I bring my daughter anytime and add her in the adjustment of stauts (I-485) anytime or am I need to wait for Priority Dates.


Please let me know how to proceed..Some of friends are telling I can add her anytime as she is minor and some are telling me that I need to wait for Priority dates.

Please help me ..and suggest me how to proceed..

sounds like you will need to wait for your PD becomes current before you can file for your baby.

Are you maintaining your 'H' status now? Is your daugheter's H-4 stamp (on her passport) still valid? If the answers to the above questions are 'yes' then your daughter can join you anytime.

To include your daughter in your I-485 application you need to wait for your PD to becme current again.
