Adding middle name to Greencard

Hi! I am about to file I-751 removal of conditional status through marriage to a US citizen.. My concern is that I want to add a middle name on my GC. Do I have to fill up another form for this, or Can I just directly write a middle name in the I-751 form even if there is no middle name reflected on my 2 yr. US greencard. Any help is very much appreciated.

Is that middle name on your birth certificate or marriage certificate?

Is there already a middle name or middle initial on your GC, and you want to add a second one?
