I have a friend who filed for I485. When he filed for I485, he didn\'t include his family members information due to personal reasons. Now, He would like to add their names. Can he apply for I485 amendment? He has already finished finger printing also.
He would like to know your suggestions on the following questions.
- Is it wise to amend I485 at the final stages of green card process (he had already gone thru finger prints process). He is worried of delay in green card process b\'cos of amendment process.
- Are there any better ways to handle the situation?
