hi I would like to ask you question . I did apply for my wife FX visa and now had a baby. I did contact the consular to add the case they said they need birth Certificate and passport of baby ,therefore I m in the process of getting that . but the problem is they ask her to send her passport and redo the medical exam, so I m assuming that they will issue her a visa. will that be a problem to my baby getting his visa with his mom since I m not us citizens . also quick reminder they interview her back in April but they placed her under AP administration process due to not having her proof of marriage and evidence, now that they ask her to send the passport.
1-what is the best thing to do ?
2- if they issue her a visa before I add my baby would I get the chance to add him after they issue her visa?
3- what if I could delay t=passport CAN I THEY SEND THE CASE BACK TO USCIS OR NVC AND THEN ENTER THE queue.
