Adavanced Parole Details

Can someone please post the URL that contains the FAQ for the Advanced Parole filing?

I already have an AP but it has expired. I wish to apply for the renewal for myself and my wife.

How about http://www.ins.gov/graphics/formsfee/forms/files/I-131.pdf ? Instructions are in the document itself...
Looking at my own application - filled out by a lawyer and approved - all you need to fill out is 1, 2 and 3 - the rest can be safely left blank.
1 is obvious. Don't forget your A#
2 - (d)
3 - For duration speficy 2-4 weeks; for "date of departure" just put ASAP, unless you are planning on leaving for a longer period or have specific travel plans in mind
4,5,6 - blank (yes, it turns out that 4 can be left blank)
7 - well, depending on your travel plans, but why limit yourslef to 1 trip?
8 - signature

Since I am filing the AP renewal for both myself and my wife, I wanted to know whether the following is ok:

1. Send both the applications in a single package
2. Write one cover letter explaining both cases
3. Attach appropriate copies and checks, etc.

Please advise.

My lawyer said he always sends them in the same package but as different applications, I did the same when I renewed my AP (& also my wife's) send them in the same package but they were stapled as 2 different sets of applications.
Write 2 different Cover letters attach copies of certs etc seperately for both applications
