Hi all,

Our attorney applied AP for myself, spouse & daughter. We all have same receipt date (09/12).

My spouse & daughter got AP approved on 10/15. In my case, receipt date is now changed to 10/17/2003.

Did anyone experience similar problem? Please advise.

I have a question about AP and EAD. Actually my wife was on h4 visa , then she got her h1 approved here in US. now she is working on h1. she had a h4 stamping on her passport. we are planning to go India in december.

We are expecting EAD by next month. My question is:

1.After she get the EAD and if she doesnt use it, can she enter US from India with AP? ie., without getting any stamping for h1 visa in India.
We can use AP only if we use EAD? does both interconnected?

2.I dont want her to get the h1 stamping from India. nowadays its taking time and causing some problems in India. so I am thinking is it possible for her to enter the US back just by using the AP and with the h1 papers?

ppl say no need of visa on passport if we use AP... I didnt understand this point.
