You have to inlcude job duties also. Ideally, job duties in the ad should match exactly what is stated in Box H-11 of 9089 (for safety). If you dont put job duties in the ad and if audit occurs, CO may deny stating in the denial letter that the ad does not sufficiently apprise U.S workers of the job opportunity described in 9089.
Job's minimum requirements need not be stated in the ad. If stated, they need to exactly match what is on the ETA 9089 form to avoid denial.
Also, never state anything more in the ad than what is stated in the ETA 9089 form since CO will deny saying that the ad was tailored to discourage U.S workers from applying.
