Activation help!

One of my friend recently created an account here. He is able to use his user-id to login, but he is not able to post or reply to anything here. He has a Consular Processing case so I am posting this here, and I apologize if this is not suppose to be here. He is telling me that he did not receive any e-mail after he created his user-id. What should he do to be able to post his questions?

My friend has already created 2 ids, but has same problem with both of them, and he used 2 different e-mail addresses for those ids. This site doesn't allow him to write to forum admin, so I will do it on his behalf. Thanks a buch for your feedback!
