My and my wifes h1 expired last year march and we got our ead valid from feb-00. I belive we have not filled form i9. If we haven\'t done so what is the implication. Gurus please help...
Filling out I-9 is a responsibility of the employer. Normally, they do not ask for it as they have the information about your EAD from your lawyer. It is okay if you did not fill I-9. But you should present your EAD card if demanded by the employer.
