I-140+I-485 was filed on Feb 2005, NSC.
Now we see PERM available in the days ahead. Imagine thousands of people getting LC approved in few months from now and getting ready to file I-140+I-485 as well.
Honestly, unless I-140 premium processing is implemented shortly, I see probabilities of exponential increases in I-140/I-485 queues.
As I community, I think we should think about this. Folks, we were not united when i-245 illegal immigrants caused that massive DOL backlog.
At this time, if the I-140 queues increase at unacceptable levels, I think we should hire a lawyer and get ready to take legal action.
