Do you see any problem for this scenario - Changing the job just after 180 days, but since want to maintain the H1 instead using EAD, so H1 transfer will be initiated just few days before the 180 days, but joinging new company just after 180 days.
No problem, if H-1B transfer is initiated before 180 days. You may start with the new employe after I-485 is pending for more than 180 days and H-1B transfer receipt notice issued.
