we should start seeing floods of approval in this month.
hopt they continue this trend of moving dates for atleat 1 month every 15 days then & then only they can reduce the backloggggg.

Dude .. the USCIS have changed the interpretation of "Processing Times" ..

Processing Times NOW just means that .. they have touched the cases until the current processing times .. thats why they have a new status interpretation item on thier webpage called "Last Updated" ... This does not necessarily mean that these cases are adjudicated "anymore" ..

if not, why else is our cases untouched ..
 
not sure I understand.

Why would they touch the case, if they don't plan to work on adjudicating the case ?. Does any body know.?

LOL! :) Very true. A whole bunch of Feb applicants waiting for approvals. Lets see them get their approvals before believing in the jump.

You are trying to act like JIT Rep does not matter to you, but yet, you check it out every day and react when it "moves". Although you don't admit, you are looking for some hope yourself ...
And BTW, for majority of the people on this forum, "hallaa lluiyaaa" does NOT apply.

May be the guys maintaining this website should allocate more memory for all the approvals that are going to be posted soon (plus the 20 congratulatory messages each)

The JIT date is BS!!!
My case is 2/4/02 and I haven't even received 2nd FP notice, my status is still "On June 11, 2002 we received...."
 
I'll do just that, but I think I need to wait 30 days from today first, according to CSC manual.

Don't wait another 30 days, you have already waited over 26 months. Send them a fax, requesting them to look at your case. Dont mention 2FP or anything. Just request them to look at your case since you have been waiting over 26 months.

With the new regulations on 'no RFE's' you might just get away with an approval. Why bother with 2FP if it is not totally required. If they want you to do a 2FP, then they will send you the notice regardless. After 30 days are up you can request FP + 2nd level fax response.
