Hi guys

I'm winner of dv2006 and i'm married , In form ds230 21.a i answered my spouse , But our decision changed And my spouse wants joined to me 2 year later , what must i do ???? I must say this matter to consulate or KCC and My Spouse Must Going with me to interview or not ????
