accident ticket and minors citizenship interview

My minor daughter is scheduled for interview for N600 (she already has US passport) next month. She is deriving benefit from me at the age of 13. I recently met with an accident and was given two points from insurence but no ticket. My question is on her interview I will also be there, Do I need to specifically mention about this or if they dont ask then not. It has happened after I recieved the letter of interview.
