I am not sure how legal it is to access the PERM system as an applicant/employee. My lawyer firmly thinks that I shouldn’t access it.
My employer is very cooperative and they did let me access. On the system it said its for - Employer, Attorney/Agent and "other employees". When my account was created it asked for my address, name, email and phone number.
At this moment, I am second guessing my decision to access the system. I hope they don’t check that I have had access to the application when it is filed for me..and retaliate.
What do you experts think about it?
Although, some ppl said its completely legal, I would like to confirm again. If it could jeopardize my application, I would like to cancel my account.
