Hi friends,
I am in a bit of weird situation and wanted reach to see y’all thoughts.
I landed to a full time job through recruiting company (Company A). I successfully got my TN processed for the company I will be working for (Company B). Recruiting company offered me one time sign on bonus of 10k after 90 days of my employment. My question is can I accept that sign bonus from the company when I do not have TN for recruiting company? At the end of the day recruiting company will be reporting that income to IRS.
