accepting a contract job

hi,

I have so far worked only as a regular employee.
But now I am applying for a contract job.
Which of the following is a good option?(I have GC)
What do people usually do?

Contract (W2) (which means you work for a temp agency)
Contract (independent) (which means you are self employed
Contract (Corp)(which means you are incorporated)

Your question has lots of implications on accounting, taxes, corporate regulations.

Go to a public library close to you and get one of the many books on working solo. In my experience the books on this topic are a lot more comprehensive than the web sites. You can then drill down on specific topics on the net.
