I got my GC recently a month ago. (I joined this client while on h1b thru a middle vendor 'X', my current client is not a direct client to this vendor 'X', but he went thru another direct vendor 'Y' to the client ).
Now my client is offering me a permanet position.
Are there any legal issues with the middle layer company thru whom i am working at the current client. Or is it Ok if accept the the permanent employment with the client as a GC holder.
Also do i have to stick to the contractual agreement that says' i can not accept the permanent employment with the client, and for a period of one year or anything like this.
Please advise.
