My Labor was approved with my job title as Software Engineer. Would there be a problem in my 485 process if I take up a permanent offer with a state government with 20K less salary per year? One more thing, the new job title is Programmer/Analyst.:rolleyes:
 
As far as I know,new job should have same job description as mentioned in your labor,also if salary is not same,it may or may not be an issue.

based on my conversation with others,looks like you will have to submit a document to BCIS,stating your new job description.
