Can someone please answer my questions regarding AC21?
Hi,
1. Can someone leave their job b4 180 days (possible lay off), and not work anywhere until they can invoke AC21 and then get a job or future emplyment letter? (current employer caneling 140 is not an issue)
2. The future job has to be in IT field as well or can it be lets say in a medical field but similar job title and job functions as the IT, under which the labor/ 140 are approved?
3. Can spouse after getting EAD open her own business, get a SS # and run the business?
