AC21 with concurrently filed 140/485

In the case of a concurrently filed 140 and 485, can you use AC21 6 months after the receipt/notice date(if the 140 was approved) or 6 months after the 140 is approved?

You can use AC21 Six months after I-1485 Reciept date.
You will also need a approved 1-140 to use AC21.I-140 Approval date does not matter.
