I filed I-485 in August 2002 (I-140 approved July 2002) and would like to change job due to uncertainty in the current job. My labor was certified under EB2 (master's degree) but the new job description does not say anything about master's degree. It does say that the candidate should have Bachelor's degree.
1. Does INS also look at EB2 or EB3 under AC21 portability? Or one should request new company not to write the qualifications. In my view I should request the new company to just write the new job responsibility.
2. My new job responsibility is similar to the previous one but will not exactly match the wording used under labor filing. Is it a problem?
