AC21 triggers Tansfer?

hi All,

my I-485 is pending at the vermont service center. I am planning to join an employer in California soon, if i file for AC21 what are the chances of my case being transfered or me asked to apper for an interview.... also i am planning to change my lawyer..

Please advise...

I personally think, AC21 triggers Transfer.
Because, my case go transfer after I submitted my RFE with different company name.
and if the company is based in West/South then it will deinately trigger transfer.
But, it still depends on your luck. You may also get approved if your case is not nearby current processing date.
