guys,

I am planning to use AC21 and change job. But, I have also been planning to go home for a trip. I am reading that it's recommded to send the AC21 document to INS after a month (with paystubs). In my case, I am travelling before the one month. So, my question is, when I use my AP and come in to US, what am I going to say about my employer.

I cannot say my current employer coz I wouldn't have sent the EVL from the new employer neither can I say my old company coz I no longer work there. Any comments/suggestions ( I know I can always postpone the trip.. but trying to get opinions/suggestions)

Thanks for your help!

Post your details .. PD etc ...

This should not be a prblem , however if you think you are close towards approval ... postpone travel. but plz give your details for a better answer

Thanks Cheeko,

Here are the details.

From your response I see that there may not be issues but what should I really say as my current employer. The company I going to join? (I guess)

As per your labor date ... relax and travel .. no one's gonna ask you anything. I have never heard such questions.

Thanks Cheekoo!

I have another question about AC 21. If I am sending the documents (EVL & copies of approval) on my own w/o an attorney do I still need to fill the G28. If I don't who gets the notification if there is an issue.

Thanks again!
