AC21 to a canadian based company?

I am planning to use AC21 to move to a company headquartered in Toronto but has a small office in the US (around 10-15 employes).I will be working in the US for US based clients? Does anyone know if this will cause any issues with my 485?

as long as company files US taxes and pays you on US tax id its ok for AC21.

Should be okay as long as they have US offices and use that as your office address.
