Presently I have a permanent job with a company in Des Moines, IA. Also I have a good and permanent offer
in Bay area, CA. I have to change jobs due to some personal reasons.
My green card was filed concurrently on Mar,2003. I-140 got approved, EAD approved and it is valid until
Feb, 2005.
I have the following questions in switching employers while I-485 is pending:
1. What are the implications in switching jobs while I-485 pending?
2. My I-485 is at Nebraska Service Center. If I move to CA does it get transferred to California Service center?
If so, are there any issues related to it?
3. Shall I use AC21 now or later stages of my I-485 processing during the RFE?
4. Future correspondence from USCIS will goto my old address or to my new address?
I would appreciate your help in this regard.
