AC21 & Stamping

I changed my employer (more than 180 days after 485 filing) and before I could file for AC21 my 485 approval came through. I have now taken an appointment via Infopass for passport stamping.

When I go for the stamping, do I need to take any additional documents related to AC21. Or is it not a problem at all.

I would appreciate any information.

First , congratulations to u and family,

I believe they won't ask u, this is PP stamping not interview,
you can take EVL, with u as backup, but don't show or tell what u are not asked.
rule is simple 'didn't ask didn't tell'. :D

be confident, don't get nervous friend :D .

I will get an EVL letter from my current employer.

I read in many other posts that - your GC is approved for your sponsoring employer and if you do not inform about the change of employer, you may have trouble during Citizenship or GC renewal time. I may be completely wrong, but I would appreciate your feedback...

My understanding is applicant would be fine as long as remain atleast 6-12 months in same field once GC is granted.

For example 'IT' ppl should stay in same filed or similar filed based on Edu+Exp,

Changing field (talking field not job) immidiately may erase flags showing intention was only to get G.C.
