AC21: Send it now or wait till REF, ginnu and other gurus,please help
Hi,
My I-140 got approval this week. my case detail:
Apply I140/485 Apri, 2004 in Nebraska.
Laid off Jul 2004.
Change to current company Nov 2004.(same title and job)
both I140/485 transfer to Vermount Center May 2005
I-140 Approval Jul 12, 2005.
My question:
1.Am I qualified for the AC21 now?
2. If I am,should I send AC21 letter now or wait till get ref?
3. If I send AC21 letter now, will then transfered my case back to Nebraska--my current company is in Nebraska center area
4. If I don't send letter now, is it possible my previous employer do something on my I-140 although they promissed not withdraw then
