AC21 Self vs Legal Rep

Hello Folks,

Can someone please recommend whether to use Legal expertise in completing the AC21 process or not. I was thinking of contacting the same law firm that is currently processing my GC for taking up the AC21 case.

Where does RFE's get directed? If my GC is being processed by a law firm do they get those RFE's if USCIS does send one for AC21?? If yes then wouldn't I be better off to have the same firm take care of the AC21 so that they know how to respond to those RFE's...

Really need your expert comments. Thank you all in advance.

You are correct about the RFE's. as long as you file a G-28 form, USCIS will sent the RFE (if necesary) to the law firm mentioned there. For peace of mind I would do what you have planned.
