My situation is I was employed by Company A. Company A has started the GC process for me. I got my EAD and I-140 in November 2003. Then in September 2004 I have switched my employment to Company B since then I started working on my EAD and in February 2005 I switched to Company C. When I switched from Company A to Company B . I have never sent any letter for AC-21, since the attorney with Company B said it is noty necessary. Now I want to send the AC-21 letter. Can someone give me a sample format for AC-21 and who should write this. Should I or the new company C or attorney. I will be very grateful if one of you can provide me with a sample AC-21 document.
