AC21 -same/similar job duties

After using AC21, how to prepare for same/similar job.
Employer not willing to provide this, and I need to file AC21.
When I joined he filed LC, so should I think he took wording/skills from my resume and build job duties.

1)Any suggestions how to handle this above situation.
2) Anyone if invoked AC21, Please forward your LC field 13 - Job duties. Probably I can find a way how employers put job desc in LC, and make it out.
3) What is other way to get job desc. I am working on the same skills with new emp, but how do I know what sponsor has written in field 13.

Please suggest.
 
oneway you can get your job description....

go to www.flcdatacenter.com and search for your employer labor certifications... compare with your filing date (LC filing date, approval date etc) and salary in results page...you will get job code.....

with that job code you can get description from http://online.onetcenter.org

So you can include this job desc, plus add more skills and submit it.....

"Similar" job means, it doesn't need to be same skills, but should be same KIND of skills.....(i.e if your labor has been approved for McDonald's manager then you can work for 7 eleven manager or Wendy's manager since all are belongs to same field...and have same kind of work...It doesn't need that 7 eleven or Wendys should make same kind of Burgers or fries as in McDonalds.....)

found occ code, but not getting desc

found code - 999.151-031, but when searching for description, system says no results. Please help.
Is there a way we know job duties based on the above code.

I am not able to search by Employer Labor Certifications. Could you please tell me little more in detail?

Unable to find details

Hello,

Even I am unable to find the details/search employer details.
Can you please be more specific about the search and how to go about it.

Any help will be greatly appreciated. Actually my ex-employer is not giving me any labor details and I need them to file AC-21.

Can you please give the navigation details on the DOL page to find the job descriptions.

In the disclosure data section, click on FLC link. And then "permanent" then download zip file of the year of LC approval. Its a mdb file, you need MicroSoft Access to view this file.
I found all info except job desc.
I still unable to know get jod desc with the help of OCC_CODE, anyone please guide how to get job desc.

Thanks a lot for sharing in the info. Which filed in the .mdb file specifies the PD. There are multiple dates
