AC21 - Salary - Same Company

Hi,

Last year I have joined the full time job and send AC21. As per labor salary mention around 80K and I got full time job around 90K and mention in AC21 letter. I am also getting another offer in same company but different group. If they offer me salary between 100K to 110K, Is there any issue?

I am in same company with different group. is there requirement, we need to send another AC21 ?


Please help me.

I would personally not send the AC21. Does not seem to serve any positive results..esp when you're within the same company

Is there any salary issue while on AC21. I talk to Layer today. he told no issue with salary raise and no need to send AC21 while you are with same company....
