140 approved 180 days after concurrent 140/485 filing completed.
1. if I can find a job with designation and duties similar to current job what are the risks if I switch employer.
2. MY 6 years are about to get over. what is the risk I will incurr in terms of 7 th year extension if I jump employer
3. To me it seems like my case is a valid AC21 case provided new job has similar designation and duties.... what do the experts think ??
4. Does the new AC21 memo say any thing abt case where 140 is approved and > 180 days ?
