I have a question. I had filed my GC through one company in 2001 under EB3 category. Since I am struck in retrogression ,Last year I changed my employer. I did not file AC21 transfer to the new employer as I was told by my lawyer that it is not required to do so. I still have my GC going through the old employer and he says he will not stop my GC process.
I want to know if I need to file AC21 or not? what if I get an RFE on employment verification?
Whom should I approach for employer verification letter. Should it be my old mployer or new employer. Will this cause any problems in GC approval ???
