Guys, thanks in advance..pls help
Changing to new employer next week.
LOCATION:
In the I-140 portability letter in regards to location, lawyers have just mentioned that "I will be covering northeast region of United States."
a. Is that sufficient for right now?
B. I currently live in Indianapolis, IN and will be covering the projects in northeast?
c. Do we need to specify like company address or my exact current location on the AC21 letter?
d. Will I be able to move anywhere like Chicago or FLORIDA and just file for AR11. Will it matter if the AC21 letter only shows that I will be covering northeast region only?
SALARY:
As per salary, lawyers have mentioned that my "salary is exceeding the amount shown on the labor cert and reflecting that prevailing wage has increased in past few years."
a. Do I need to specify my exact salary on the letter head? Exact number or this should be good enough?
b. I don’t have paychecks right now from the new employer. Do we have to send it to USCIS when I get it?
When should I update USCIS with AC21 letter?
A. after I resign from current employer or should I files the letter with USCIS and then resigns?
change of lawyers:
Is it necesarry that i file for G28 becuase i have a lawyer from the new company filing for AOS portability.
My old lawyer still supports me but is it better to change to the new attorney?
