I heard some said, it is not necessary to report the job changes after invoke AC21. Care to give the quotes?

It is not required by law, but USCIS has said that it expects a notification if you changed jobs using AC21, not to mention that it would cut down misunderstandings.

Dude if you don't like your current situation go for it. I can't stand my situation so as soon as I get the EAD card I'm out of my "sponsoring" Company. If you are happy don't switch!

matter of fact, I already switched the employer. If this is not required by law. I may just pass it...

But if USCIS sends an RFE or NOID about your employment situation, due to them receiving an I-140 revocation request from the original employer (or whatever other reason), you'll have to provide the documentation.

I think the employer does not have control over to revoke I-140 beyond 180 days of filing 485.

Is this true?

The employer does have some control. If they request the revocation at any time before GC approval and you don't prove that you have a "same or similar" job or job offer, the I-140 will be denied.
