When is BCIS going to release its interpretation of AC21?

It will now be two years that we have these regulations and BCIS does its own interpretation since it is not a law. Many have suffered becasue of this.

Is there a news on when the law will be out?

Regulations were expected in September 2003. But last week BCIS mentioned there will be delay.

Yes previously they were expeting on Oct 2003. so lets hope for the best. Also its not easy to make regulation as law. They first study with the help of AILA members all the pros and Cons(so the lawyers can make money as well). By taking out loop holes.
So when they find all that shit into one big gutter then changing those terms (while keeping mind that loop holes).
And this goes to congress for LAW my dear friends!!!
