My job desc. is "A" with my current company (even though i am doing something where desc. should be "B".

I am switching jobs next week. New company ready to write a offer letter with job desc of "A" (but again i'll be actually doing "B")SALARY is 50% more than original salary.

So, what you guys think, see any issues i might face ?

I have copies of Labor/I-140 approval.

What does the LC show, "A" or "B" ?
If LC is for "A" then I don't see any problems. Some lawyers will worry about salary but the worst case scenario is a interview in that case, not denial.
1) Make sure RD+180 days for I-485 with I-140 approved
2) Make sure current employer does not revoke I-140 even by accident
3) Say a prayer and jump in
4) Send new employement letter to BCIS and mention AC21
5) move on with your carrer and life - that is what AC21 is designed for
