When I filed for my 485 I didn't apply for AP. Now I have a new job offer and planning to invoke AC21 from December 2007, but the problem is I need to travel for a family function in Jan 2007. Can I travel on H1 from old employer which is valid until 2009? Sorry if this question is in wrong thread.
