My friend's status in the US is L1A. Her employer filed an EB1-C (multinational executive) I-140 along with I-485 for her over 1 year ago. She wants to leave her current employer. Can she use AC21 to transport her pending GC petition to another employer? I realize that this is possible with H1B and EB2, but i wonder if anyone knows if this is possible with L1A and EB1-C.
