Company A filed my labor in Apr 97. This was approved in Dec 98. I-140 was also approved May 99. I applied I-485 in Jul 99.
Then in Aug 00, I changed company and went to the UK. (A stupid decision I know, but I have to live with it...)
In Nov 00, I received a notice of withdrawal for I-485.
Now I am working in US for Company B, in same industry, similar occupation and am applying for GC. I have been in CA on H1 since 9/01.
Can AC21 be used for me?? The I-485 was pending for more than 180 days so it appears that it is consistent with the guidelines I have read.
