Hi Guys,
My 485, was filed on June 10, 2003. I am on a contract job but full-time on paper with a company A. They pays me irregularly and keeps most of the money with them. (it is on percentage basis). I have also signed a horrible non-compete with them and an agreement that i will work for them for another 2 years after my GC is approved. Today, I have received another job offer, again contract one but the recruiter says i would be on his W2. This is a long term contract opportunity. Do you think I am safe to join. He said he will pay be as long as I am on the contract and will provide support document to the immigration (AC21)
Is it worth the risk. Is there any risk involved.
