AC21 Question.Please help me

Hi,

I am planning to switch the employer and am eligible for that.First of all is it necessary to file AC21?Can I move to different employer with out filing AC21?Can you please tell me how long it's going to take to file AC21 and how much have to pay to attorney?.

I think you don't have to file AC21. But people file anyway. Many times USCIS ask for EVL before they adjudicate and at that time you can inform them of your employer change and the HR Manager will write/give evidence to USCIS that the job description of your previous LC is same as the job offered currently.
