Hello,
I have 140 approved and 485 pending since Jan05 under EB3 (India) with PD dated back to Sept 03.
I have got a new offer and I am filing for AC21 with the new employers. I am going to get much higher salary etc more than the prevailing wage on the labor.
Here are my questions:
a. Do I have to specify the exact salary on the letter?
b. Do I need to specify the exact location? I am currently in Indiana but my new role will be covering Midwest and northeast. How can we specify this? Could we just mention, I will be covering northeast and Midwest region and may or may not live in Indiana? Please suggest?
c. Title on the labor was Programmer Analyst and now it will be Systems Analyst and the duties are similar. Will that be ok?
d. When is the correct time to inform the current employer? Is it after I file for AC21 with USCIS with new employer? Is there any time limit or is there anything that my current employer can do to revoke my approved 140, if they reach USCIS before I file for AC21.
After filing, how long should I wait to inform current employer?
