Could anyone please guide me regarding this.
My I-485 is already filed and am waiting for my 180th day. In the meanwhile I got a good offer from a start up company with less than 10 employees, with the same title and job responsibilities. Can I anticipate any problem if I join this company with regards to the queries like ability to pay, EVL etc.
