AC21 Question - Experts Please Comment

I have a pending EB3 485 for more than 2 years and 140 is approved 9 months ago.I already changed employers once and filed AC21.
Is it safe to change employers again? Can i use AC21 again?

Has anyone done this?If so, can you please share issues,concerns,problems faced by doing this?? Appreciate your response.
 
why not? you have already taken the step of using AC21. anything that might happen will happen for the first AC21, the second one is based on the first portability anyways...so you have already taken the risk...if the new job is better...atleast you will have a better job....until some query comes from INS...if you had renewed your EAD after your use of AC21 and it went smoothly..then i see there is nothing going on in your petition from the previous employer..if the previous employer did something to your 140 you might have had issues with your EAD renewal.
