AC21 question - 485 pending

Hi All;
I'm considering relocation from Wisconsin to Massachusetts in the
coming 2 months. I'll be working for the same company but another
engineering division.
Case details:
I-140 approved Feb. 03 EB1
I-485 ND June, 2003

The new job description is similar to current one with higher salary. My question is the following:

1) The massachusetts division is part of a bigger entitty in Utah (the HR is in Utah as well) will my case by transfered from NSC to VSC or will it stay in NSC?

----> U do not need to file AC-21. Just file AR11 (address change)

----> No one can say for sure. Most probably, it would stay in NSC though may be transferred to ur local office. Getting transferred to VSC is least likely but possible.
