AC21 - Process

I worked for a company for 7 years that sponsored my Green Card. I have an approved 140 and I am on my 5th EAD. I was laid off this month and had to change jobs. I have found a job and started with the new company.

Can someone help with the AC21 process? What documents are required and where to send the information.

My PD is 11/21/2001 and I am on my 5th EAD.

I have been reading through and some suggest to file. So not sure if I want to inform or not. Any way thanks
 
As someone suggested, filing AC21 is upto you. One of my friends changed
job when he got laid off by his employer way back in 2003. He did not
file AC21. After a year of changing the job, he got his GC approval without
any RFE.

IMHO, filing AC21 will give you some relief. I would suggest you to talk
to an attorney asap.
