AC21 - Problem on geographical location change

Hi Experts,

I am planning to use AC21 portability, and thought of changing employer. my current employer is in Baltimore,MD and i am planning to join in a company in san jose, calofornia.

will it be any problem if we change geographically??????.

if it is okay, will my case transfer from Vermont to CA service center??

Please help me.

there is a possibility for you case to be transfered to Local INS if u get a RFE and reply with details about new job.
